Installation:
1. Copy third_person_death.amxx mod_dir/addons/amxmodx/plugins
2. Open plugins.ini from mod_dir/addons/amxmodx/config
3. Add at the end of the list on a new line like follows: third_person_death.amxx
4. Place sounds in cstrike folder
